Problem Note 32397: Naming error occurs when trying to create a diagram document with SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you try to create a diagram document with SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the following error occurs if there are insufficient privileges granted to the /tmp/sas.core.tmpfiles directory
on the system's SAS Compute Server:

Change the permissions on this folder to allow read/write privileges for the system installer's user ID (drwxrwxrwx).
